Refund policy

 

Welcome to EvoqXchange. We understand that circumstances may not always align with expectations, and we are committed to making the exchange and return process as smooth and efficient as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy:

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY:

If you encounter any issues with your order, kindly contact us within 1 day of receiving your items, and we will be happy to assist with exchanges or returns. Should you receive the misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 48 hours of delivery.

For replacements and refunds, please reach out to us at support@evoqxchange.com with your order details, unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.

We will facilitate an exchange within 48 hours of delivery at no additional cost, including the pickup service.

If the item you are exchanging is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference online. Please ensure that the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact, and properly packaged to prevent damage during the return process.

 

In exceptional cases where returns are accepted (excluding issues related to delivery or incorrect items), a reverse pickup fee of Rs 100 will be deducted to cover logistics costs. Refunds will be provided as store credits for future purchases, and these will be processed within 24 hours of approval.

 

Please note that slight variations in color and design may occur between the product image and the actual item. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for such minor discrepancies.

We are unable to process refunds for items damaged by the customer. Please inspect your package upon delivery and do not accept damaged items. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders canceled within 4 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund (prior to processing).
  • Orders canceled after 4 hours, but before shipment, will incur a Rs 150 cancellation fee.
  • If an order has been shipped and rejected upon delivery, a Rs 100 fee will apply.
  • Additional charges may apply for reverse pickup or COD services.

 

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased on sale, using discount codes, or as part of a promotion are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for size-related issues.
  • A Rs 150 deduction will apply for any product rejected at the time of delivery.
